Follow the steps
Filter to the intended 500 leads
Open the workspace’s Leads or Contacts collection and apply the view filters. Check the count and sample identities before selecting the records you want to enrich.

Use the table’s selection control. If only loaded rows are selected, choose Select all 500 in this view. Check the final selection before choosing Enrich.

Choose the Standard level, which uses Apollo. Read Estimated usage and decide whether you also need Find phone numbers. Existing values are preserved by default. Select Start enrichment when the selection and estimate are right.

Follow the progress and status in Jobs. When the job finishes, open sample records to inspect the new details and provenance notes. Results write back automatically when the job can apply them.

Check the result
- The confirmed selection covers the intended 500 records.
- Jobs shows the enrichment job’s progress and final status.
- Matched records show updated details and provenance while protected existing fields remain intact.
Before you finish
- 500 is this guide’s batch size. It is not a promise that every lead will match or that processing finishes in a fixed time.
- Missing identities can be skipped. Existing fields are preserved by default, and your record permissions still apply.
- Apollo enrichment adds details to existing records. Finding or scraping new leads in Quest is a separate workflow.
